We report all calories and macronutrients, so you don’t have to worry about not hittting your protein goals!
How much does meal prep cost?
Our meal prep pricing is based on the number of meals you order. Lunch/Dinner starts at $45 per meal. Breakfast starts at $25 per meal. The more meals you subscribe to, the lower the cost per meal. Get in touch to find the best plan for your needs!
How much does delivery cost?
We are based in Holetown, and delivery fees range from $0 - $15 per delivery, depending on your location. Contact us for an exact quote for your area!
Is meal prep only for people actively trying to lose weight or gain muscle?
Not at all! Our meal prep service is for anyone looking for a healthier and more convenient alternative to takeout or home cooking. Whether you need quick and easy lunches for work, nutritious dinners for busy evenings, or meals to support your gym goals, The PT Chef makes healthy eating effortless.
Why do we post the calories and macros on all of our meals?
Many of our clients have specific caloric or macronutrient needs. We believe in transparency and education, so by providing full nutritional details, we empower our clients to make informed decisions about their health.
How do I know how many calories I should eat per day?
We recommend using a TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) calculator, which estimates how many calories you burn daily based on your lifestyle and activity level. From there, you can adjust your intake based on your goals.
Macronutrient breakdowns (protein, carbs, fats) are also important, and apps like MyFitnessPal can help track your intake.
How do I store and reheat my meals?
Storage: Meals can be kept in the fridge for up to 3.5 days. If you plan to eat our meals 7 days a week, we recommend two deliveries per week for maximum freshness.
Microwave Reheating: Remove any sauce containers and heat the meal for up to 2 minutes.
Oven Reheating: Transfer the meal to an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F until heated through.
